What is Mindfulness?
Before I embark on Mindfulness and mediation practice, I thought that mindfulness is just about being aware.

But after I attended my meditation course, the meaning of Mindfulness is beyond my imagination.

I have been practicing Mindfulness and meditation for the coming nine years. And moment by moment, I see the transformation in me.

I am more energetic, calm, and at peace with myself. As I am not just being aware, but also aware that I am aware. That changes my perceptions in many things. As I don’t just use my mind to think but also use my mind to “see”. That is possible is because there is “space” between me and my thoughts.

That also helps me to be aware of my motives. Thus, a greater understanding of my thoughts and emotions, and the motivation behind them.

The meditation method is simple, but you will have to put in the work and practice it. Just like swimming, reading about it alone will never make you a good swimmer.
